The latest version of Eagle brings several enhancements to Workflow Automations, Expression Terms, Function Setup, and Eagle KPIs. Workflow Automations now support updating Workflow KPIs even if the enqueued function has failed. Additionally, error messages can now be displayed directly on the workflow instance, simplifying error handling and making it clearer what needs to be resolved.

The “Invoice” option creates and posts a new invoice, while the “Order” option posts an existing purchase order if only one match is found. Additionally, the “Invoice/Order” option posts the existing purchase order for a single match, but if multiple matches are found, a new invoice is created and posted. This update aims to streamline the order processing workflow and improve efficiency.

Additionally, the Eagle Functions and KPIs Guide have been added to the My Companies page.

In the latest release of Eagle there has been updates to Workflow Automations, several key improvements have been made. The Process Step Again action has been added to the workflow instance, allowing users to select this option if the current step has the status “Error”.

The Workflow Automations now include the ability to specify whether a report in a Workflow Automation step should be processed with manual filters. Additionally, a preview of filters for steps containing a function has been added, making it easier to ensure that a step in a workflow instance has the correct filters before processing. An issue that required a workflow copy to be closed and opened before use has also been fixed.

The latest release introduces several notable updates and improvements.
First, users can now select a KPI and open it in new tabs for each company from the My Companies page. This enhancement allows for quick switching between different companies, making it easier to compare and monitor them. Additionally, the system now includes functionality to configure the SIE code with default settings using report ID 12047960, known as “Export SIE File”.

For SharePoint Online, default settings and the Credential Code are added automatically once the Site URL is specified on the SharePoint Communication Method Card. A notification appears when the Site URL is selected, and the Credential Code is added. By default, SharePoint Online uses the authenticated user’s permissions to control access.
The new field, Calculated Total Amount (LCY), has been added to the Contract Header in the latest release of Parrot. This field displays the expected amount of the next invoice in the local currency (LCY).

In the version, we worked on the APIs and added a new API page for Integration Setup.
In this release of Spider we had an extra focus on External Systems.
When setting up an External system of the type Sync to Company we have Added that the Sync to Company Guide starts automatically after the External System Setup Guide is completed. Of course, this only applies when the Type is set to Sync to Company.
To sum things up we had our best Days of Knowledge yet!! This was our third visit, and the feeling we started with quickly turned into big smiles as we got to talk to both new and old friends.
We were missing those parts that made it easier to analyze contracts directly in Business Central. Adding a new action on the Contracts list called Contract Analysis, where a page shows several new calculated fields, will do exactly this. We have also added a new FactBox pane, featuring the same calculated fields, to the Contract and Contract list.
If you use User-defined KPIs in Eagle you need to check out this release of Eagle. We have added Prefix and Suffix options for User-defined KPIs. This can be useful if you want to add a currency symbol or a percentage sign. We have also added a rounding for User-defined KPIs. Specifies the rounding code to use for the calculated value. This can be useful if you want to round the calculated value to a certain number of decimals. You can also use upper and lower thresholds on User-defined KPIs. If the calculated value is between the thresholds, the value will be shown as 0.
A new release of Anysys Connect is out and in this version, we added a new method, DoStatusChangeOnDocument which enables the modification of onHold and dueDate for a posted document.

In version 23.1 of Eagle, we added a new company type on the Eagle Setup page, called Single Company. For businesses that want to use Eagle for just the current company, there is now a more user-friendly interface on a new page called My Company. With Eagle – Single Company, you can also utilize the role center of the same name. On the role center, we have gathered the functionality from Eagle that you need for the company you are working with.
First, this version has a dependency on version 23 of Business Central, so if you are interested in features in this release, make sure you are on Business Central 23.
Parrot 22.9 is out and about, and this version contains added functionality to create custom invoice texts. It is possible to configure invoice texts with dynamic and fixed placeholders. You can create invoice text for both recurring and non-recurring contract lines, and you can do this both through the Contract Setup page and on the Contracts page.

The first one contained a change that retrieved entries from the Swedish Tax Agency are deleted if you change the registration number on the Swedish Tax Agency Setup page. Parrots first release of 2022 contains a small bugfix such as extending Contract No series and Contract Item no series to 20 characters, but more importantly several new features.

We also added a total amount field on contracts to make it easier to se the exact sum that will be transferred to an invoice/order/job planning line.
