We sat once again down for a follow-up to hear how Tinas role has evolved, what she’s most proud of, and what continues to inspire her in her work with partners and documentation.
The evolution of Eagle! I can barely find the words to describe what the app has become over the past few years. I thought it was absolutely amazing from the start, and I couldn’t even begin to imagine what it would eventually be capable of.
Now, the app is massive, yet it hasn’t lost its user-friendliness along the way — it’s still easy to set up, easy to understand, and incredibly powerful.
I overheard a customer talking to a potential one, and it honestly warmed my heart to hear things like, ‘I used to do it all manually, and honestly, I don’t even understand how I managed before this functionality existed…’
It really left a mark on me, because it was proof that we’ve created something truly good — something that’s actually made a real difference in someone’s day-to-day work out in the field.
I’m excited to see where Eagle is headed! I already know what’s coming, but I’m really looking forward to seeing how the market reacts.
I want to be part of more customer journeys and make a difference where it truly matters. I want to see the apps doing real work for the users — not just supporting them, but actually taking tasks off their hands.
It has to be the ability to export and import KPIs between companies and users… Instead of repeating the same process over and over, those buttons are just there — exactly where you need them. What used to take hours now takes seconds. It’s such a great feature! The same goes for Function Settings and Workflow Automation…
It was probably during a demo I held for a customer — just an hour or so after our meeting, they messaged me saying, ‘We’re in!’ The potential of the app had clearly come through, and the content was strong enough that there was zero hesitation about jumping on board.
Maybe also when a customer who’s been using the app for a while reaches out and asks, ‘Hey, is it possible to do this to see that…?’ — and I get to say yes. That moment when they realize the only real limit now is their imagination — that’s powerful.
