What is your role/tasks?

I am a Partnership Manager, and my main focus is working with partners to create success stories for end customers through the use of our apps.

You’ve been here since the beginning – what still excites you the most about the future of SmartApps?

We’ve created 16 amazing apps that we truly believe can make a real difference for end customers working in Business Central. But let’s be honest — we haven’t always been the best at communicating the benefits, or showing either partners or end customers exactly how our apps can help take both their Business Central and their business to the next level.

Cutting through the noise is always a challenge, but it’s a challenge we gladly accept. I’m excited to be part of the journey ahead — taking this side of our app development to the next level, while continuing to evolve our apps to meet the needs and demands of Business Central users.

If you could only save one app – which one would you save?

Eagle, for sure! The only downside to Eagle is that it’s so versatile, it can be hard to focus on a customer’s specific challenge — you just want to keep showing them more and more and more…

If you could only choose one app combo, which one would you choose?

Eagle ❤️ Spider. We usually say that if you have a finance department, you need Eagle! But we also know that finance departments often import and export data to and from other systems. With Spider, you get full control of all your integrations — and when you combine it with Eagle, managing data across multiple companies and environments becomes a breeze.

Which app do you think deserves more attention than it gets today – and why?

Smart Dimensions. The key to accurate data analysis is making sure the data you’re analyzing is correct from the start. With Smart Dimensions, you ensure every transaction is tagged with the correct dimension right away — which means you don’t have to waste valuable time fixing errors that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
